i found the staff very helpful, they assisted with directions. the room included a fridge, it kept my drinks cool. fresh towels arrived daily, a small kindness i appreciated. breakfast offered many choices, i never left hungry.

I took a taxi from campanha station. It cost about 15 minutes. the staff seemed happy to help with my bags. the room had a modern feel with everything sparkling clean. i found the breakfast to have decent options, like scrambled eggs with bacon.

the window did not close properly which allow noise to enter from the load street outside. i was staying on the second floor, close to the ground.

The reception staff seemed very kind and helpful . They were available all day. i arranged an airport transfer with the hotel. It was both cheap and right on time, which i did appreciate.

The staff were so friendly, and i felt really looked after. the location was super convenient. I loved how close i was to a metro station. the room included a useful fridge. the breakfast options had a great standard for a tasty start each day.

The street outside my room was a little noisy. Perhaps higher floors are quieter.

I was a little disappointed. The breakfast room felt cramped. There also seemed to be a limited selection of items available each morning. I think this part of the experience could be improved. I also wish that the staff were more attentive.
